Little wonders every day

There are a lot of amazing things in our lives that make every day so very special and extraordinary...
Purr of the lovely cat in the morning, cup of espresso (and its aroma!!!); Anthon Berg chocolates (Plum in madeira – yammiii); loud and fun dinners with family; morning hugs of your beloved; scent of the morning city (bakeries, cars, trolleys and trams, clean streets); sweet popcorn in the cinema; banana cupcakes, fall in October, when it is not too cold, but cold enough to wear high boots and looong Burberry cashmere scarf; neighbor kids saying HELLO to you in the mornings; funny messages from the best friend, who is chillin at Caribbean’s, but you are working like in hell; waiting for the so-long-time-ago planned vacation in Nice an Monaco; scent of new shoes; groovy music in the car, 90% sales in Karen Millen store; new just opened compact powder when it is soo hard to destroy its perfect appearance and to touch with the applicator.... And many many more… We just sometimes forget that every day in our lives is very special and people around us are special too each of them – in a very certain way. Open your mind guys and enjoy the LIFE!!!

Taste the Heaven

So, the food. No I mean THE FOOD. As you can understand I’m a big fan of all those delicious culinary masterpieces and I also like to cook some by myself. For inspiration I usually read some cook-forums and food blogs. Today’s agenda was pretty free, it is bloody raining outside, cold and unpretty at all, so what else we need for the happiness? Some Tiramisu, white bone-dry wine (COLD!!!) and good friends around.

Can you make the Tiramisu? If no, I hope I will inspire you, I bet u will LOVE it and your friend will come more often to your place, hehe.

Despite the fact, that maybe TIRAMISU sounds complicated it is not. Not at all, believe me. I’m just way too lazy (or busy) to spent hours in my kitchen.
So, all we need is:
Package of biscuits (take those LADY FINGERS, the are the best for tiramisu);
Cup of coffee (only natural, better if it is espresso);
Few tea spoons of rum or cognac or quantro or whatever u have in your home-bar;
Some fresh raw eggs (if you are afraid of all those salmonella things, I advise u to take quail eggs - they are NEVER with salmonella, but remember that one regular chicken egg is equal three quail eggs)
Some cocoa (not sweet, but the real one!!!)
Sugar powder
Mascarpone cheese
So, take a deep serving dish.
Put the biscuits in the dish in one level one-by-one very close to each other so there is no space between;
Add your cognac, rum, quantro or whatever equal to coffee (coffee should be slightly warm);
Spill the coffee on the each biscuit (use tea spoon), but be careful so the biscuits are not too wet yet not dry - something in the middle
Put the egg yolks into the mixing bowl. Lets say 3 of them (if it’s chicken eggs) add some sugar powder (about 150 grams) mix it all carefully. Add mascarpone. Mix it again with mixer. So, we got the cream.
Put your cream on the biscuits. Patter the cocoa on it (just a bit - to make it look good).

U can repeat all the procedures with biscuits and the cream so u will have more levels, I usually make 2.

Put your Tiramisu in the fridge for at least 40 mins (better for 3-4 hours).
And….Voila!!! Do you feel the heaven in your mouth?

Burger Queen talks

I think that soon I’ll stop eating at all. Not because I’m anorexic geek, I just hate that all my clothes and hair (AND YES, I’ve got BIG HAIR! HAHA) stinks after the lunch if I’m being the chef of MacDonald’s. Or I will start using my hydro to go out for lunch.
Well, I’m not talking about fancy and chic restaurants in the city; I speak about all those bloody cafés near my office. Well, I believe I have to come back to lunchbox with chicken sandwich.
But actually one thing in life that I really ADORE is good cousin. What can be better then dressing up really nice, going out for the Friday’s dinner to some posh restaurant? And all those compliments from Chef?And cold champagne?? Mmmm...yaaammy! Despite the fact I’m pretty thin, I luv eating and I eat really MUCH! I luv healthy food, but I’m also a huuuge fan of all those junk foods! McDonalds, KFC, HELLO !and I adore Cola! But just Diet Cola because I don’t like too much sugar.
Well not really like I’m having magic metabolism, I just work out every day. Seriously.
Now its looks like self-admiring blog, hahaha.

Good morning PLANET!

Never been blogging before and always been fancying people who can express their thoughts in a very cool manner. I’ve read the article today in the local daily newspaper (yes, I’m so old school and read REAL newspapers!!) that bogging can help to release the stress. And this is all I need this morning.
Have you ever been fighting on the road? I mean in traffic… I mean not like beating, but showing the finger and saying SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU BLOODY MOUTH BITCH!!! Well that’s how I acted today. How cool is that? And you know what? I’m the most tolerant and peaceful creature, and u must really try hard to freak me out. Well, that dummy blond (I luv blondies in fact, my bestie is BLOND, but she is so smart!), driving her really old garbage BMW did it. I hope u are having a good day, bitch. And, seriously, take some driving lessons. XOXO
